Well, I decided to call a board memeber and talk to them about our pastor leaving. I think I will be comfortable staying at our church even if they desire to hire a minister. As long as I am assured that they sought God's will in the matter, something that I think that will happen.
I remember when I was in Alma and the way they went about the search for a replacement for Eric Vitz. It seemed like a completely businesslike and godless affair. After the conversation, I became comfortable that God will be in control no matter what the outcome.

I'm taking the high schoolers into Ft. Wayne today to watch Spider-Man 2. That should be fun.
